SEARHC is among the nation's leaders in tribal health care. Our employees are dedicated professionals who have found unique career opportunities within our organization. At SEARHC we recognize the power of good people and welcome you to realize your goals as a member of our team. We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality health services in partnership with Native people, and on finding ways to integrate traditional Native healing methods with top of the line, modern medical care.
Edgecumbe Hospital and SEARHC clinics in Southeast Alaska provide internships and careers in Native health care including pharmacy externships. High school and college students are encouraged to explore SEARHC education opportunities.
NANA Management Services (NMS) operates independently, yet in partnership with SEARHC. NMS hires workers for some jobs at our SEARHC Sitka and Juneau locations. If you are interested in a food or facilities service job in Sitka or Juneau, please visit the NMS website nmsusa.com/employment for more information.
SEARHC requires all employees, volunteers, students and contractors receive an annual influenza vaccination. The only allowed exemptions are: medical exemptions for egg and vaccine allergies, and religious exemptions.
