2006-2010
The SEARHC Board of Directors, in collaboration with management, initiates a strategic planning process every five years. Our new plan has benefited from review and comments by beneficiaries and tribal governing bodies in the 18 communities who make up the SEARHC consortium.
This strategic plan addresses emerging and strategic health issues that require the focused attention of the organization. While implementing this plan, SEARHC will also continue its commitment to core health services and priority health concerns.
