DUTIES: This position provides residential supervision by maintaining safety and building security during the night shift and to provide food service in the morning for clients in the substance abuse treatment programs. This position is located in the Behavioral Health Division, Community Health Services, Sitka. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: High School diploma or GED. CPR and Emergency First Aid. Demonstrated capability of working with substance abuse clients. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITES: Knowledge regarding problem solving. Knowledge of basic food preparation, small quantity cooking techniques, and sanitation and food storage. Knowledge of adapt to turbulent clients and interact positively with them. Skill in problem solving. Skill with food preparation. Skill in assessing consequences of behavioral problems and interventions.
