POSITION SUMMARY: Deliver full range of Human Resources (HR) services to designated departments and divisions. Focus on "best practices" for HR Policies; acts as a business partner to senior management, supervisors, and employees by providing guidance and direction on full spectrum of human resource issues.
BASELINE QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: BA/BS in business or related field. Relevant human resource experience at a professional level may be substituted for degree or combination (education and HR experience) with at least two years relevant HR experience. Three years of professional level human resource experience. Specific experience in areas of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compensation and benefits. Ability to research, analyze and resolve allegations of misconduct and document findings and conclusions in a professional written report. Highly desirable to have or work towards obtaining certification with SHRM i.e., Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
